What do you do, and what drives you?

I’m focused on building stronger communities through impact investment and supporting social enterprises that create opportunities for people. Hill Tribe works alongside organisations that are tackling complex social challenges, helping them grow their impact and become more sustainable.

What drives me is the belief that everyone should have the opportunity to thrive. We're motivated by the power of communities to solve problems when they have the right support, resources, and connections. Our role is to help unlock that potential and invest in solutions that create lasting change.

What made you say yes to Oracle 33?

Oracle 33 represents an opportunity to learn alongside people who are equally committed to creating positive change. I am inspired by the calibre of the network and the opportunity to explore how we can be more collaborative, innovative, and impactful.

What does giving mean to you personally?

Giving, to me, is less about charity and more about responsibility. If you have acceaGiving is about far more than money. It's about sharing what you have, whether that's time, knowledge, relationships, resources, or influence, in a way that helps others realise their potential. We've all benefited from opportunities, support, and guidance at different points in our lives and I see giving as a genuine commitment to seeing people and communities flourish.ss to capital, networks, experience, or perspective then there is an obligation to use it in a way that compounds beyond yourself.

What do you hope Meridian looks like by 2040?

By 2040, I'd love to see Meridian as a community who use their collective knowledge, networks, and resources to create meaningful change across Western Australia. A movement that can help grow a culture of generosity, strengthen communities, support social enterprises, and inspire the next generation of givers.
