I am the Founder and Principal Consultant of ACP Consulting Group, where we help technical experts become confident, emotionally intelligent leaders. I work with organisations across Australia and internationally, coaching leaders, facilitating strategy sessions and designing leadership development programs.

Having been involved with Meridian through its 20-year journey, I've come to appreciate that communities like this are often sustained by a relatively small group of people who consistently advocate, contribute and invest their time, energy and resources year after year.

Over the years, I've personally witnessed Meridian become the glue that connects people, ideas and opportunities, with introductions leading to partnerships, conversations sparking new initiatives and members helping charities in ways that extend far beyond financial donations.

By 2040, I hope Meridian is recognised as one of Australia's most engaged and innovative giving communities, distributing more than $1 million annually to causes that create meaningful and lasting impact.
